Roy has a particular skill in avoiding misunderstandings and dealing with disputes. Roy approaches these from a practical perspective, and deals with the root cause, rather than debating the legal intricacies.
His expertise has been particularly valuable in relation to building inspections and structural issues.
Roy has considerable experience in every legal aspect of property transactions, and has dealt with a huge number of property issues for clients. While not a qualified lawyer, Roy has studied conveyancing, and attended law society training courses and conferences. He has also worked closely with Audrey and Andrew on all matters relating to conveyancing.
Continuing education is a major focus for Roy, who is nearing completion of his Master of Business Administration (MBA) which includes business and law papers. |
