We are pleased to advise of a change in our firm.  We are merging our firm Townshend Seaton with another Blenheim law firm - Wain & Naysmith.

The new firm will be known as Wain & Naysmith Limited.  The directors and business owners will be Alan Naysmith, Marty Wilson and Audrey Seaton.  There will also be three other lawyers; Andrew Townshend, John Wain and Rosemary Rutherford.  All our legal executives and support staff from both firms will remain with the new company.                                              read more...

Townshend Seaton Lawyers is a small law firm in Blenheim, Marlborough. Our motto is 'Quality legal work at reasonable prices'.

The firm specialises in the legal aspects of Marlborough based property transactions (conveyancing), family law, setting up legal entities such as trusts and companies, and estate planning through trusts, wills and powers of attorney.

Well known Marlborough lawyer, Andrew Townshend established the practice in 1995. Andrew was joined in 2003 by Audrey Seaton. In 2007 Audrey's husband Roy Seaton joined as practice manager and conveyencer. Andrew Townshend retired in 2009.

The Townshend Seaton law office is located in a 1900s villa at 78 Seymour Street, Blenheim, with free client parking.
